With the globalization developing in greater depth, English becomes increasingly prevalent. It’s, however, a pity that Chinese students only focus on the study of grammar and vocabulary. Most of them are short of practice and attach less attention to spoken English. I have some suggestions listed as follows for the sake of improving their spoken English.
To begin with, we d better speak English as more as we can so as to develop a sense of language. As a proverb goes, “practice makes perfect.” In addition, reading out English newspaper can also contribute to making up our deficiency. Finally, communicating more with native English speakers is regarded as one of the effective ways.
Generally speaking, oral English is significant for us students. It pays to make great endeavors to improve it so that we can benefit a great deal in the near future. So my dear classmates, let s practise from now on!

The importance of health can not be overemphasized. Good health enables us to enjoy our life and achieve what we hope for in our career. On the contrary, poor health leads to nothing.
How can we keep healthy? I have numerous ways to put forward. Firstly, it is rather significant for us to take more fruits and vegetables on account of their abundant vitamins, and a balanced diet also contributes to our good health. Only by doing so, can we avoid food with too much sugar and fat. Apart from these, we d better exercise regularly to build up our body. According to a survey, people who do sports frequently suffer less from diseases. Finally, we have to get rid of those bad habits that damage our health, such as drinking and smoking.
In conclusion, if we stick to the advice given above, we will live a healthy life.
